You can expect to receive your completed report on the business day following your inspection, if not or sooner. If you cannot find a suitable time slot in the scheduler below, or prefer to schedule by phone, please give us a call and we can schedule and quote your home inspection in just a few minutes.

Residential Home Inspection pricing is based on factors such as the size and age of your home. We likely will not be the least or most expensive inspection service in your neighborhood. We offer competitive pricing for the exceptional service we provide. Our average residential inspection cost is a approximately $450.00. The scheduler will calculate your total price and provide that information upon completion.

You can choose to add on services such as water testing, or a WDO (termite) inspection to the right of the services menu. After scheduling your inspection, you will receive an email confirmation. Once we confirm your order in our system, and with the necessary parties, you will receive a second email confirming the inspection date, time, and address, as well as links to our inspection agreement and payment system. You will be able to sign your agreement and make your payment directly from your smartphone, tablet, or PC with a credit or debit card.
