Thermal imaging
An infrared camera is used in every home inspection focusing on moisture intrusion below grade, and looking for electrical hotspots in the electrical panel of the home. This is included with every residential home inspection and provides you information other inspectors cannot see with the naked eye. This is a limited thermal imaging inspection, and not nearly as in depth, as the complete thermal imaging inspection we offer here.

All of our reports are built using modern, web-based Spectora home inspection reporting software. Reports are always accessible from anywhere on any device and can easily be shared with your family, friends, real estate agents, or contractors. Every report is clean, intuitive, easy to read, and can be navigated with prominently displayed images and videos.
Drone roof inspection
We know the best way to inspect the roof on every residential home inspection is to walk the roof, to get up close and personal. That lets us provide the most comprehensive, detailed information for you. Unfortunately we cannot walk every roof on every given day. If we cannot walk the roof, we will inspect and provide report photography from a drone. In our opinion a fair and honest roof inspection cannot be accomplished from the ground with binoculars or at the home’s eves on a ladder, which is the routine method with some inspection companies.
